No Data in domain-based reporting

A pdf preview in the 'Domain-based Executive summary' shows me a 'No data found' in the 'Outgoing Mail Summary' / 'Outgoing Mail Graph'. But the reporting data is available on our M650 (v6.4.0).

I added individual internal domains (customer1.com, customer2.com, ..) to the domain list in the report settings and I expected reports about mails sent to (incoming) and from (outgoing) that domains.

Why shows the report no data of outbound E-Mails from customer1.com, customer2.com ??

Result of reporting type 'Outgoing Mail Summary' is as expected.

Hi,

Can you verify that your M series and the C or X series appliances it collects data from are running at least build 6.4.x or later? And that they are both running the same build?

In order for domain based reporting to work correctly, both appliances would need to run version 6.4 or later.
