ip phone issue

I had a problem with phones IP cisco, in a router stub.

The ip phones were connected, showed the user name, And telephone number,

i could make ping.

But the phones could not receive or to do calls.

We have Call manager 4.0.

I assume that as the phone showed the user and telephone number, it

had connection with the call manager.

we turn Off and turn on the phones, and we do login in the phone, phones began to work.


However, ¿What strategy of troubleshooting?, at the level of router and call manager, I can execute, to know whether the phones can make or receive calls, and to know if it

are inhibited.

¿What log in router and call manager tell me that the phone is connected with the

call manager?
