We have configured the H.323 gateway at remote location connected over WAN to CCM 5. The call is getting established between two locations (gateway end and CCM end) but both parties cannot hear each other.

Check bind statements for H.323 in IOS GW.
Check h245 and ccm trace to see Logical channels being opened
Also sh voice call active br is your friend
Make sure Routing is ok
