We have duplex CTIOS 6.0 (w/ CCM 4.1.3 & ICM 6.0) process receiving agents' desktop connection. In one day, all of the client are locked out from one side of the CTIOS server. When I check on the console screen for the CTIOS server process. There are a number of error message coming out.

13:01:50.210 CRITICAL: CNamedPipe::ListenerThreadRoutine caught an unexpected exception.

13:01:50.257 CConnection(0B65A908)::ReceiverThread, ID(0xBA0) Caught unknown exception,

Does anyone encountering this problem before?

Looks like a MDS error or Network issue, I would raise a TAC case on it.

The console window of the CTIOS server process is keep prompting out error message and agents cannot login to this side of the CTIOS server. The error message this time is a little bit different.

13:34:07.044 CRITICAL:CTimerService::SendNotifications(): caught unknown exception.

13:34:09.138 CRITICAL:CTimerService::SendNotifications(): caught unknown exception.

13:34:10.185 CRITICAL:CTimerService::SendNotifications(): caught unknown exception.

13:34:11.231 CRITICAL:CTimerService::SendNotifications(): caught unknown exception.

13:34:11.981 CConnection(00D043E8)::ReceiverThread, ID(0xE58) Caught unknown exception,

It might be CSCse58551, as said raise a TAC SR and collect all CTIOS, CTI Server and PG logs.
