Hi Everyone!
Can you recommend me a switch to terminate about 200 fiber links at the access layer? Only layer 2 required. Fiber has been pick due to the long runs. Cost is a concern, 100mb ports are fine.

For that much 100 Mbps fiber density in a single switch, you could consider the 4500 using WS-X4248-FE-SFP cards and sup 2-plus or a 6500 with WS-X6148-FE-SFP, WS-X6524-100FX-MM or WS-X6324-100FX-MM with a sup32.

Not sure I understand your question about card options or why you would pick one. You did ask for 100 fiber?
Perhaps the information your need about the cards can be found within the product's datasheets.
e.g.
WS-X4248-FE-SFP
WS-X6148-FE-SFP, WS-X6524-100FX-MM or WS-X6324-100FX-MM with a sup32.
