Well I would suggest you start with the install guide as it includes a chapter specifically for CME integrations:
Cisco CRS Installation Guide 5.0(2): http://cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_5_02/installation/guide/crs502ig.pdf
If you have never worked with the CRS product family, I would recommend reading the Release Notes and SRND documents to get a better understanding of the product.
After you have completed installation, the Administration document discusses all of the moving pieces and how to configure them.
Cisco CRS Administration Guide 5.0(1): http://cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_5_0/maintenance/admin/crs501ag.pdf
Normally I would say the CAD install guide is important but CME integrations have limited CAD functionality so this is less of an issue.
Scripting is done post-install. There are three whole documents on scripting (and arguably two classes from Cisco: UCCXD and UCCXA).
