Hi,
when I configure SRST/CME as a multicast MOH resource, it works okay in normal mode (IP Phone register to CUCM) but ToH when swtiching to SRST/CME mode.
once I change the gateway to native SRST (call-manager-fallback), it works okay in both mode (normal and SRST mode).
CCO doc has native SRST mode example only. Is the feature fully support in native SRST mode only?
Advise please,

Anyone luck multicast MOH from local SRST/CME router in SRST mode?

AFAIK that is normal.
It is a restriction:
"MOH is supplied only to PSTN and VoIP G.711 calls. Local IP phone callers hear a repeating tone on hold for reassurance that they are still connected."

Hope it was what you asked.

Thanks Pedro,
Looks the restriction apply to all SRST scenarioes that traditional and SRST-CME mode. My case local IP Phone works okay with native SRST but ToH with SRST-CME. why it works with native SRST and doesn't with SRST-CME?
