Abbreviated Dial? I Think

Answered Question

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I am only filling in for the role of Network Admin and dealing with the Cisco System.

I need to configure what I think might be abbreviated dial numbers.. but I am not sure.

All of our sales representatives have extensions that go to their voicemail box.

They also have a 'speed dial' number that is something like " *753 " when you dial the *753, it automatically enters another number... such as their cell or home phone.

Where can I configure this in the system?

I will assume you have Callmanager.

It is most likely setup as translation pattern, or it could be setup as another device i.e. cti route point. Your best option to find it is go under Call Routig --> Route Plan report and search for it there.
