I'm attempting to do a couple of firmware upgrades to a couple of 7940 (cmterm-7940-7960-sccp.8-0-10.cop.sgn) and 7941(cmterm-7941_7961-sccp.8-4-3.cop.sgn) phones. CM7.0(1) system. The software has been placed on a SFTP server. Going into Software Installation/upgrade, using Remote Filesystem as the Source, I'm getting a status back of "Remote Server Details is required". Any idea what it doesn't like?

Here's an example of what it should look like. You may also want to try just plain FTP if the certificate is not trusted by the UCM node.
Directory: /
Server: 10.1.1.10
Username: jdoe
Password: password
Transfer Protocol: SFTP | FTP

We've tried both SFTP and FTP. Username and Password were reentered at least 5 times. Directories were adjusted and we still get the same message -

We found the problem. We had a password with a space in it. Removed the space, the remote file location is found and accepted.
