Unknown device type & no cdp in device credential

My ciscoworks version is 3.0.1, running on windows system.

1.My LMS (CM) showing that devices type is unknown and state unreachable. From data collection detail (CM) there is unknown device type, but from device credential, I can see the device type.

2.From device center, there is no CDP Neighbour, but if telnet the device, I can see the cdp neighbour.
