My device IP address is 192.168.8.2 Can I change the IP become Device name?

You will need to make sure a one-to-one mapping exists either in DNS or the server's local hosts file. Once that is in place, remove the device from DFM, and re-sync it from DCR. IT should then show up by hostname.
