I have a UC500 (CCME7+CUE3.2) with a PRI/ISDN ( DDI with 100 numbers ). I've configured the main number to go through CUE for business hours/holdiday checking. Now I want the direct numbers being checked for business hours/holiday also but only for external calls not internal. Internal calls should always go through. How can I do this ?
That is not easily done. I'm afraid you would need a custom TCL/IVR script for this, because the CUE AA have a single pilot number, while in your case you have to preserve 100 DIDs.
