Importing devices in LMS 3.0

Hi,

I just accidently imported devices on my LMS 3.0 from ACS 4.0. All the 800 Devices got imported, but as i did not click the "use default credentials" button, i wuld have to go through it again.

Here i have a question..

Is there a way that i could import limited set of devices, for example currently my ACS has Access Points/Switches/Routers added for TACACS. Is it possible that i could restrict the LMS importer to import ONLY the routers?

This is not possible. The import from ACS does not allow one to specify an NDG, or a pattern for devices to import.

You can, however, specify a DCR exclude list which will prevent certain devices from being added to DCR. To do this, you will need to create an exclude file, then add it under Common Services > Device and Credentials > Device Management.
