Hi
Unity Connection version 7.0(1)
The DTMF-id for all the users is set to the last 4 digits of the DDI (which is the same as the DN configuration of the IP Phones).
I've set up a Forwarded Routing rule to forward callers directly to the sign-in conversation when they dial 5775 internally or +441753485775 over the PSTN
This works for internal calls. Hence when a user dials 5775, they hear the prompt 'Enter your ID followed by #' . After the user enters the DTMF-id, the user hears the prompt 'Enter your PIN followed by #. This proves that the Forwarded Routing rule has been configured correctly.
The does NOT work for external calls. When user dials +441753485775 from an external phone (eg cell phone/mobile phone), they hear the prompt 'Enter your ID followed by #' . After the user enters the DTMF-id, the user hears the prompt 'I did not hear your entry'.
Has anybody come across this before? How was the problem fixed?

the issue has nothing to do with CUC, it's an issue on your GWs not handling correctly the DTMFs. chech you have the right DTMF config
