randomly dropping calls

Hello we have an IPCC 3.5 and randomly it drops calls. the call comes in through a POTS line in our gateway, the plar opx command in the fxo port points to the pilot point of the trigger in ipcc. we have the cti route point configured in CCM 6.x and randomly a customer calls and it rings twice and the call is dropped

i check the gateway config and nothing seems to be wrong

please advice

I had this same issue twice. The 1st time I was oversubscribing the Jtapi call control group. The app was set to use 20 so the 21st call would ring the port then drop the call. I alwasy thought the call should have gotten a busy signal but that was not happening.

The 2nd time I had this issue the callmanager the the gateway controlled by CCM had gotten out of synce. Performing a no mgcp then reenabling mgcp resolved that issue.
