CISCO 5505 ASA Lost userid/password

Hi,

a. Anyway to recover userid/password on CISCO 5505 ASA? The original network person quit suddenly.

b. There is a 'reset' button - haven't tried it as I do not want to lose the settings. Will pressing this cause loss of settings?
