Unity UM 5-0-1 GlobalSubscriberManager.exe error

I can't move a subscriber. I'm logged in as UnityInstall. I'm using the latest version from CiscoUnityTools.com.

"Move subscriber is not available becasue the Commserver\Stream Files directory is not shared properly. See the Help File."

I don't see anything in help about this.

I setup sharing of the stream files, I can now Right Click on a name in Global Subscriber Manager and choose move. However, once I hit Next the Select Destination System is empty.
