Client Matter Codes

I understand how outbound calls work with CMCs. Can someone give me an explination on how to put a client matter code on inbound calls? Thank you in advance.

You cannot, CMC are strictly for outbound as they are only applied to route patterns.

So the way to add a CMC would be to do like a screen pop or something custom? I know there are programs out there, but they are all quite expensive.

CUCM has no way to do this, even call blocking is done on the H323 GW not on CUCM.

the only ways i can think of doing this are creating custom scripting for the H323 (if using, if MGCP you'll have to switch), the other way would be using UCCX/UCCE but then again, you need to create the custom script
