Call Manager fallback

Hi boys

I have a Call Manager 4.2 installed in my server, at my site remote i have Cisco SRST for redundance. Before my link MPLS is down and up any ip phones is registred from SRST Router and dont registred iny my Call Manager server. How i can to do for resolution this case?

I think configuring "keepalive" will solve your issue.

By default the phone will wait 120 seconds before attempting to re-registed with CM, how long did you wait? This timer is controled by the device pool the phone is assigned to.

I configured now the keepalive for 1000 seconds, but the phone dont registrated at Call Manager 4.2 only no fallback.
