I would like to have WCCP available on NX-OS to support WAAS DC-to-DC replication or are we saying now that WAAS should not be as close to the SAN as possible and put it out by the DC-to-DC WAN Edge? That doesn't work too well either since I already have WAAS Application Opt. there on the WAN Edge. Any ideas?
yes, but we want redundancy and even though inline is suppose to fail open, I have seen it not work. I have found out thet WCCP should be available on the 7000 late/later this year. Hopefully true.
