When I want to make changes, I get the following message :
Config Changes are not allowed during 'Backup' operation, which was started by 'administrator' at 'Fri Jan 23 02:04:15 CET 2009 '. Please try again after 'Backup' is complete.
We already checked if BARS was running, but it wasn't. We even rebooted the callmanager that runs the BARS service.
We also restarted the callcenter servers whitout result.
Still no changes... any help would be appreciated.
