CUBAC overflow problem

we have installed CUBAC with CUCM6.1 BE. When a second call comes in it does not go to the overflow number, but the third call will, the second call will just sit and wait. The queue overflow on CUBAC is set to 1, and the Operators phone is set to 2 calls and a busy trigger of 1. Any ideas ? Thanks

Not sure if you resolved this or not but it is probably working as designed.

If the queue is set to 1 (one) then when a call is queued (waiting for the operator to answer) and another call enters the queue then it will follow the overflow.

If the operator has taken the first call from the queue the second call will be queued and wait until the operator takes the call.
