Is it possible to put a 100baseFX fiber port on a 2811 router?
HWIC-1GE-SFP does't appear to support the GLC-GE-100FX or GLC-FE-100FX sfp's.
The 2811 doesn't appear to support NM-1FE-FX-V2.
Are there other options I'm unaware of?

You are right. HWIC-1GE-SFP does not support GLC-GE-100FX. SFP on NME-XD-24ES-1S-P can support GLC-GE-100FX, but it is only for 2851. You have to use onboard LAN port with a media converter from a third party to do the job.
