I'm interested on Wireless. but since the only available certification in the CCNA Wireless, I'd like to get it.

but the prerequisties for CCNA Wireless is a Valid CCNA.

I done have a CCNA, but I'm holding a CCIE R&S.

can I get the CCNA wireless certification with a valid CCIE, not a CCNA ??

When you completed your CCIE it reset the expiration date for your CCNA. So your CCNA has the same expiration date as your CCIE. If you want to verify that you can go to the Cisco Certification Tracking system and look:

so now you should be able to go after your CCNA wireless certification.

Taking a look at the certifications tracker shows that there are 3 requirements (A,B & C) for CCNA Wireless.

A shows CCDE, various CCIE's or CCNA.

B is the 640-721 wireless exam.

C is the certification agreement.

I've attached a screenshot from my login.

hope this helps

Hello Reza,

if you have passed CCIE lab exam and got your number you are fine and you don't need to pass CCNA exam before going to the wireless exam.

if you are on the path to CCIE, you have passed the CCIE written I'm afraid you need to go for CCNA or to pass the CCIE lab.

Hope to help
