For the below conf , what takes place first ?

shapping--->>CBWFQ-->Policing

OR

Policing--->>CBWFQ-->>shapping

neither of the two. your config would do cbwfq then police. there's no "shape" keyword command in your policy-map config.

No in fact we do have FRTS on the DLCI , I just did not want to add it so as not make the post too long , I only add "<<--FRTS" to the DLCI
