Solved: VG202 and VG204 Version Question

I was wondering what version of CUCM supports the VG202 and VG204, I don't see it in the 6.1(x) version, do I need to add a device pack for this to work?

Hi Tony,

Sadly these new Gateways are only supported in CUCM 7.x;

Hi Tony,

Slight correction on the reply from Rob, the VG202 and VG204 are in fact in CUCM 6.1(3).

We have had them running on our 6.1(3) systems since December, with the T.38 support making it oh so much better than an ATA!
