CUC directory handler

Hi All,

I am trying to customize greeting message in directory handler, but I don't see any option to record the greeting. any suggestion would be very appreciated.

How to change the Directory Handler Greeting:

- Access the Unity WebSA and go to Directory Handler, you will see the Drop Down, Play and Record buttons.

- Select the Drop Down/Option and specify the extension from which you want to play or record and input the Unity IP address.

- If you click on the play button, Unity will call the specified extension and play the current greeting.

- If you click on the record button, Unity will call the specified extension and will start recording once you lift the handset.
