Unity Internet Subscriber

Hi,

I have a Unity 4.0 enviroment intergrated into exchange 2003. I want to set up two users that are not going to have mail boxes.

I have created the two users as internet subscribers but the users are unable to access their voicemail boxes, do I need to configure a call handler?

exactly what do you mean? someone calls them and are not able to leave a VM??

or they cannot login into the mailbox???

what do they hear??

is the separate message store for those users available to unity??

Hi Java,

From the phone when pressing the messages button they are not able to access there voice mail box.

Also if you have a document on how a internet subscriber works. The reason for me using this type of subscriber is the users are still on our phone system but on our e-mail system, they are on a remote system but still want access to voice mail.
