ASA 5510,
#show cpu usage - near 40%, all VPN tunnels failed.
Did everything due recomendation here-

In the logs found error-
VPN-GATE-ORANGE %ASA-4-402123: CRYPTO: The ASA hardware accelerator encountered an error (Invalid IP Version, code= 0x17) while executing the command Process IP Sec Inbound Packet (0x30).
Is it hardware error or not?

It is hard to tell, it could be software casuing hardware issues, or hardware itself best is open up a TAC Case to be safe, if this is a common occurance definately open up a case.
