Does anyone is DND supported with Single Number Reach? If the IP phone is DND Active, should the remote phone still ring? It seems to have no affect on the IP phone if I turn on or off DND (in regards to the remote destination cell phone)

FYI: AFAIK is As far as i know.
DND is not intended for SNR,
You need to educate users to disable Mobile Connect when not in use or not needed.
This can be done via the CUCM User Option pages, via Mobile Voice Access
and Enterprise Feature Access 2-stage dialing, or via the desk phone
Mobility soft key in CUCM 7.0 and later.
we also have Time of day in 7.0 for SNR.
DND is for CUMC

In 7.0 we have some DND enhancements but are device based.

AFAIK this is the same behavior as when being used with hlog feature on hunt groups, even if logged out the remote device rings.
since it's a shared line (but doesn't have the DND or hlog flags to be configured) it's always active and CUCM makes the call

if this helps, please rate

Im not sure what AFAIK is. So DND does not work in SNR then. IT is ignored and the call is sent to the cell phone (or remote destination number? What is the Do Not Disturb for on the Remote Destination Profile settings? If hit the IP phone DND active, it activates on the Remote Destination Profile, but the call still goes through?

So DND does not work with SNR then. Basically the lines are Shared Lines. It will ring both no matter if the Do Not Disturb is turned on the Remote Destination Profile?

Thank you very much! Is this documented anywhere that I can show the client?
I suspected this was not supported, but could not confirm it.

I only found Release notes for DND enhancements and Mobility ToD.

Here is what I do not get in the document:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/rel_notes/7_0_1/cucm-rel_notes-701.html#wp585962
it says on the Remote Destination Profile you can. And it does "seem" to work, but if the Device toggles the check box, it does not work. If the Admin toggles the check box, it does work.
I think it might be buggy?

So here is what I found, no documents yet.. but:
Basically, DND is supported on separate devices. Your IP Phone is one device and your Remote Destination Profile is another Device. DND is *not* linked between devices. Currently, it must be turned on/off *per* device. This means if you SNR enabled on your IP phone and a destination of your Cell Phone, and you select DND, it will still call your cell phone. (or remote destination of your choice)
