It doesn't appear in my profile

Hello,a couple of weeks before,I passed the CCNA cert.My questions is why can't I see it in my profile,eventhough the mail from cisco has arrived?should I do something?

I have this problem too.

It doesn't appear there.neither at history nor at certifications.what could be the problem and where should I be addressed to?
