After the 6.1.2 installation it was working fine.Service was up and it was replicating too.This happened soon after the upgrade of 6.1.3. Publisher is up and all the phones are registered.

Only My subscriber CCM service is down.

The feature license i recieved with 6.1.2 and uploaded that.

Have you checked if the Software Feature license has an expiration date or is it permanent?

You should see something like:

INCREMENT SW_FEATURE cisco 6.1 permanent uncounted \

Also see if you are getting alarms on the SUB's System log (using RTMT) 'cause if the CCM service does not start due to a license issue it should throw alarms on the syslog.

looks like you have only got a license to run 1 ccm service...

also, did you switch version after you upgraded both pub and sub?

(not switch version of the pub after you upgraded it...)

Hi,

I have one more license file which i uploaded to the Publisher(similar to one which i poster).In the node license it shows 2 counts. status-uploaded.

The 6.1.3 is active in Publisher and subscriber.
