UCCX AppSupervisor 404 Error

Hi All,

I am having a problem with my UCCX server, where when a supervisor tries to loginto the http://<ip address>/appsupervisor web page they only see a html 404 error. The AppAdmin and AppUser pages work fine.

Any ideas??

You need to assign the more permission to supervisor

1) login to appadmin ->system ->system parameter ->supervisor access->access to all teams (by default no access)

2) Then login using supervisor id/pwd ->subsystem ->rmcm config

->resources ->assign skills
