Ciscoworks LMS 3.1 Upgrade Question

Hi,

We have LMS 3.0.1 and need to upgrade to 3.1 to fix some of the bugs in 3.0.1

Our service provider has come back to me with the cost of 7k for the upgrade - is this correct ? or should it be free?

Is your software under maintenance ?

Are you adding support for any additional devices ?

Hi,

We don't have software maintenance and I'm not adding support for any additional devices.

I need to fix the bug of discovery in common services and research has told me to upgrade.. it seems a little unfair that you are expected to pay for major upgrades that fix known problems...
