Hii experts,,
PLZ anybody can help.. My callmnager 4.2 did not send any CDR file even I cahenged the CDR Format to keep in flat file, but no file found in CDR folder PLZ how can I trace and solve this problem..

Now my CDR just record unanswred call and unreachable calls only.? PLZ advice.
