MeetingPlace Express Phone View

Currently users use Phone View to access their own scheduled conferences, which are password protected.

Phone View asks for the conference password prior to initiating a call back to the user. Once the call back is initiated it then asks the user for their profile password, conference id and then the conference password again.

Is there anyway to make this a little simpler? i.e. User puts in password of conference once and then gets dumped into their own conference. Maybe I am missing something here.

The username and password required to subscribe to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express Phone View depends on how the user is authenticated when logging in to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express from a workstation.
