How to set RNA Timer with SIP (CVP)

Hi,

we have a ICM / CVP solution in place. RNA is configured (Agent Desk Settings without DN and Router-Requery).

The documentation tells about NoAnswer-Timer in H323 Service. But what about SIP?

anyone did that.

In the call server, SIP Tab,

Dialed Number (DN) patterns sections, there is a RNA timeout field.
