Hello guys Several days ago we have troubles with some calls that didn't get established. I mena when somebody calls from pstn to an ip phone, the ip phone rang but when we answer the call it was droped. Telco guys told us that the roouter (h323 ) sent a reoder signal and that was the reason of it.
Do you know when the reorder signal can take place in the e1 signaling.
The call flow was as follows.
psnt--h323 gateway--ccm6.1.1--ipphone
The e1 signaling that we are using is modified r2.
Thanks for your help.

far too many things, you need to gather debugs and a CUCM trace to find out the reason
HTH
java

It is an occasional failure that you have ?
Can you reproduce it and take a debug vpm signal with term mon ?

Hello Guys it ocurred once an we notice the clock signal of the voice ports, it was taken from the board an we change it to be taken from the line. Before that we got several path erros and slips. But I am thinking if these errors could case the reorder signals in the h323 gateway or could be something else. Since we did the change we have not experienced that situation.

Definitely you want the clock from line, they should put a warning in IOS :)
