Customer want to be able to put a call in park and then require the user to enter a PID to be able to take the call. This PID needs to show up in CDR info. Is there any way to accomplish this?

call park does not provide any kind of security features, the closest thing is directed call park in which you need to dial a prefix + call park but there is no special field in CDR for any information of what you're looking for, this is not customized. also your version does no have directed call park (that's why you always need to say what you use)
