Hello- what I was thinking of doing was connecting an analog speakerphone to the headset or handset jack of the cisco phone so we can have better quality conference calls. Can this be done?
Probably by attaching it through the handset cable using an adaptor like JK Audio (www.jkaudio.com) Be aware that you may introduce echo problems by doing this and it has to be powered externally.
