CCX 6.0 SR1 and BARS 4.0.14

Hi all,

I have a problem when Bars backup CRS.

Backup fails with error message in the BARS logfile : "CDBRTool Failed to Backup Spanlink config".

I can view the exact description of the error in c:\program files\cisco\desktop\log\CDBRTool.log(doc :http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_tech_note09186a00809a752c.shtml).

The Log provide this information:

2009-01-29 10:20:16.088 INFO LC0012 LDAPConnectionMgr::EstablishConnection:: Failed to bind to LDAP server on <10.128.2.129>: <49> <Invalid credentials>

2009-01-29 10:20:16.088 INFO LC0001 ConnectionMgr::DoRecovery:: An unexpected error occurred.

2009-01-29 10:20:16.088 ERROR ConnectToLdap :: Could not connect to the Ldap server.

But LDAP PUB is ok and Password for DM is ok.

I have CCM 4.3(2) sr1 , CRS (for TAPS) (on Publisher) and BARS version 4.0.14 (on MOH Server).

did you find solution?

I have the same problem, but with IPCCX HA 5.0(2)SR02_Build045

We had some problems with IPCC and TAC made a repair and directory service database synchronization (and manually changed LDAP Host in registry) and after that backup failed.
