Hi we have an issue where we cannot dial a subscriber from the CUPC client when we have retrieved the VM using IMAP - we have been told by development team that Unity is not populating the 'X-CiscoUnity-CallerAni' field, does anyone know where we can check that on Unity?(just thought I'd asked before openng another TAC!)..regards Jeff

I think there's already an Unity case opened for BT on this issue :)
Unity 5 and earlier might have an issue populating X-CiscoUnity-CallerAni.
Let's wait for Unity team's response.
If you'd like to verify it yourself, you may do a sniffer on CUPC computer and look for the IMAP header.
