Outbound campaing

Hi guys,

How can we check the error from the outbound campaign ?

I am importing internal numbers (extensions) but the calls are not being made.

The Direct preview is enabled in CDA and the agent sees the outbound toolbar.

I created one new queue with one agent for it. In the outbound config, I selected that 100% of the agents are for outbound.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
