6509 Crash

I've a cisco WS-C6509 (R7000) processor (revision 2.0) with 112640K/18432K bytes of memory,with a PC CARD FLASH 64M that running Ios version c6sup12-psv-mz.121-27b.E1.bin and with this module:

-WS-X6K-SUP1A-2GE

-WS-X6324-100FX-MM

-WS-X6348-RJ-45

-WS-X6516A-GBIC

-WS-X6548-GE-TX

-1 Policy Feature Card WS-F6K-PFC

-1 Cat6k MSFC 2 daughterboard WS-F6K-MSFC2.

After some seconds or minutes that it works, The catalyst crash.

The crashinfo have traceback that only TAC can decode. Anyway, the crashinfo file you attached is a crashinfo file for RP and it says the following:

CPU_MONITOR-3-PEER_FAILED: CPU_MONITOR peer process has failed to receive heartbeats, resetting [1/1]

That means the SP crashed which in turn made the RP crash, so you need to look into sp's bootflash for the crashinfo file and TAC can decode that to find root cause for SP's crash.

How I can I find and look the sp's crashinfo into sp's bootflash if the Catalyst always running Ios and rp processor ?
