I have a 2811 I am using as a single Gatekeeper to serve multiple CUCM clusters. The clusters are registered to the GK, and each cluster is associated to a specific local zone on the GK. To comprehend my details below, please understand that I am calling from 11-4831 and I am calling 14-5426. The last 4 digits of those two values represent the DN registered to CallManager.
On the GK, each local zone has a prefix of XX.... associated with it. The XX represents our 'trunk' codes; each cluster is assigned a unique trunk code.
By monitoring the debugs, I can see the following H.225 logic happening:
1. Cluster1 sends ARQ;
- destinationInfo is 145426
- srcInfo is 4831
2. GK replies with ACF to Cluster1
3. Cluster1 sends ARQ;
- destinationInfo is 5426
- srcInfo is 114831
4. GK replies with ACF to Cluster1
It looks to me like my GK is not routing the call to the other cluster, even though that other cluster is registered to it's local zone. That local zone has a prefix of 14.... programmed to it.
Can anyone spot the (probably simple) error I'm making?
