Sir, My CCNP certification will expired on the month feb 09 I have cleared 642-523 exam in the month of December but still I have not received mail from cisco stating that my CCNP is revalidated

Can you pleases help me on this issue

Can I know the toll free number where I can interact with the cisco on this matter

I am getting following messege after trying to create account for certification online support

"Your Certification Online Support account is not correlated with your Cisco.com or Certification Tracking System accounts".

can you please explain me how to resoved this issue
