I have a 3750, with 12.2(40)se on it. When I try and upgrade I get an out of space message. I'm unable to delete the bin file that is on the switch.

could you please post the exact message and also the command used to delete the bin file?

Is it a .bin file or is it a directory with the .bin file inside ? If you do a "dir flash" how many images are in flash?

Now that you point that out it is a dir. I changed to the dir and was able to delete the old file. I just completed the the new code upgrade. Thanks for the thought problem solved.
