What is cisco best practice for a LWAPP port on an edge switch. WLAN is using 7921 handsets.
Should I use STP portfast ?
What QOS marking on the access port.
### current ####
int fa0/1
switchport
switchport mode access
switchport access vlan 10
mls qos trust dspc

current setup is fine, recommended is to trust DSCP. As for spanning-tree configs, that's up to you. Spanning-tree portfast should be fine, could possibly use bpduguard enable if it's part of your normal edge security policy.

Yes, use portfast on ap switchports, they are considered hosts.
You could also use the built in macro "switch host" (sw ho) which puts the port in access mode & porfast - a great combination with the interface range command.
I believe the dscp is correct (instead of cos)
