When we are configuring user account in Cisco Callmanager, We can see an option "Manager UserID". What is the exact purpose of this field ?

mostly used because in CAR reporting there are 3 levels of access, admin, manager, user.
admin sees all
manager only users who have him as manager
user only personal records
