Meeting Place Express or VT

<br /><br />just looking for some opinions of where you would normally start off.

<br /><br />

<br /><br />basically the criteria from the customer is

<br /><br />1. multiparty video conferncing - 16 persons max

<br /><br />2. application sharing and collaboration

<br /><br />3. email integration (not mandatory at this time)

<br /><br />4. integration into thier Cisco IPT system

<br /><br />

<br /><br />now we currently have a full cisco IPT infrastructure (CUCM 5.1, IPCCX, Cisco Unified Messaging and CUPS 6 and as well integrated into LC2005(using MOC only and no cisco personal communicator)

<br /><br />

<br /><br />i was initially looking at meeting place express. I eventually paid a little closer attention to meeting place express VT and it seemed to be a better fit (pricewise as a priority for that matter) and it could also be upgrade if required.

<br /><br />

<br /><br />basically looking at setting up three locations for video conferencing (residing ONLY in their respective conference rooms).

<br /><br />

<br /><br /> Based on your experiences, what might be the best way to start off. i know its a broad question but im just looking for some insight.

<br />PS. ive also evaluated some 3rd party apps for just vid/audio which is decent but no collaboration
